 The Global Junior Challenge shows a new initiative: "Food is culture". Food, traditional dishes of any countries represent the culture of people: ingredients, colours of dishes tell the history and traditional usages of a country. The recipes sent, will be published on our web site and in this way we could know the culture of people in the world. You must send, with the recipes un abstract where you describe what this dish represent, during which period of the year it is ate, ecc… During the publication of the recipes the people involved in this initiative, they will contribute at the creation of a special recipe for the Global Junior Challenge 2004 that it will be showed during the final event, in autumn 2004, in Rome. I wait your recipes, in which way the culture will start to spread thanks to the new technologies and foods !!!!!!
