Twinning between Roman schools and schools from information-poor areas of the world

The Global Junior Challenge 2002 has been a great success with more than 430 participating projects from 64 countries world-wide! The jury selected 74 finalist projects in 5 categories and a total of 24 Awards were given to projects by Walter Veltroni, Mayor of Rome, and by Lucio Stanca, Minister for Innovation and Technology, at the Awards Ceremony held in the Rome City Hall on 12th December. More than 45 projects took part in the Global Junior Challenge Exhibition & Conference in Rome from 10 to 11 December. Congratulations to everyone who has participated to the Challenge this year! We are working hard to organise the next edition. Look out for news on this page.
