BRIAN BROWN Brian Brown has lectured in Information Technology for nearly 20 years. In  1995 he initiated a project to provide free on-line courses via the Internet. In 1997 this work  was recognized by  the winning of a national award for "excellence in teaching and  innovation".  In 1999, Brian travelled to Stockholm, Sweden, to collect the Global Bangemann Challenge trophy  presented by the King of Sweden for his web site dedicated to Lifelong  learning on the World  Wide Web.

 

I think the Global Junioe Challenge is about the young people of the world sharing their ideas, hopes and dreams. When I look at the projects, I am interested to see how these are communicated and shared with other young people from different cultures.
