The Project "Babynet" run by the Comunidad Valenciana in Spain presents an outstanding combination of pedagogical approach with most recent IST applications. The educational team of the Preschool Centre Alevin supported by Fondacion Telefonica have established the First European Educational Centre to offer live images of daily activities in the School. Babynet has achieved to solve specific problems of Preschool Education in terms of relation Parents - School - Children. In also helps to reunite families geographically dispersed or split up for working or other reasons. Creating a new quality of life, the Babynet Project can be qualified as a true Information Society endeavour.
