"The project of the migrating birds,
helps us to learn about countries,
continents, islands, etc... We learn a lot about birds, their food, their
long migrating ways, the places they visit on their way and more. I think
that the computer age is a very important and very interesting age - it
helps people at school, at work and it does amazing things in our daily life
that shows us how far can technology get. The school of tomorrow will mostly
include computers and technology machines that will help us study faster and
easier."

" I work in the: "Migrating Birds
Know No Boundaries" project. In the project we learn and study about
the paths that the birds go when they migrate, about the reason that they
migrate, about the countries they go through and the risks of the migration.
The computer age has opened a window to a new way of learning a subject such
as ours. The computers makes the learning much more interesting and fun. I
think that the school of tomorrow would be based on computers and learning
from the internet. The only thing that I hope that will stay the same is
learning in a class with friends and different people."

"I think that in the future, pupils
won't go to school, they will study at home using the computer, get their
homework from the net and send it back to the teacher by e-mail. Now, most
of the pupils in our age (in the developed countries), use computers to do
their homework, to play and to do what they want. We are learning the third
year the project: "Migrating Birds Know No Boundaries". This is a
very interesting project - we learn about birds, the damages that they
causes and a lot more interesting things."

"In my opinion, there will be no such
thing like "The School Of Tomorrow". I think that all the students
will be taking virtual lessons through the internet, they will be able to
study whatever they think is necessary for their future and there will be no
age limit. The only time that the student will have to come somewhere will
be the final exam (to make sure he actually knows the meterial). Plus, there
will be many special projects, which will give the student a special diploma
(after he completes the project succesfuly) that can seriously help on a job
application."
4. Anton Elport, Israel, 14 years

"In the future there won’t be any
schools. All the information that we were getting from school will transfer
straightly into our minds, with a help of a computer of course. The
information will transfer gradually, not all in one time, so that we can get
a life experience and to learn how to use the information in the best way.
Everyone will be smart, rich and life will be much easier, because everyone
will develop more and more new things. In our life we are living for to
reasons: money and love. So here is the problem: if we will have no school
and of course, all the things will do from home in the Internet, we won’t
get in touch with people, so how can we find real love? I think that’ is
the problems with the computer generation-we are loosing touch with people
and doing everything through our computer in the Internet. Now it is minor
problem but I think that in the future it will get much bigger."

The school of tomorrow... In my eyes, it
won't even physically exist. The kids of the future will simply choose
certain courses to study- ones that intrest them- and download articles and
learning materials from a vast World Wide Web. They will then fulfill given
assignments and submit them to authorities who will grade them every
semester. The kids of the future will leave their house only for activities
such as sport and exercise. The rest will be undertaken from the household-
social activities will be conducted in various chat rooms and all
information will be instantly available at ones fingertips through the
computer. Classmates of the virtual school might only see each other through
video phones and the like, but not in person. This is my view of the future-
In our school, we are using computers more and more. An example of this is
our work in the "Migrating Birds Know No Boundaries" project where
we search for almost all our reference material and can participate in many
forums and discussions over the Internet.

The school of tomorrow, I think it A Hi-Tec
school, everything there is be in computer control, the security, the
students will work in school only in computer. The computer age is the best
age, computer: man’s best friend, he can help you to find information, you
can play with him, in computer you can sand mail, “E-Mail”: electronic
mail, you sand a letter to your friend at the moment and he already get it
in 1 second, I mean it. We are in kramim school work’s on project call
“Migrating Birds”, the project works on the migrating birds on Israel,
the good & the bed in the migrating birds in Israel.
